Остеоартрит: современная клиническая концепция и некоторые перспективные терапевтические подходы

Аннотация

В последние годы наметилась тенденция к изменению клинической концепции остеоартрита (ОА). Очень долго это заболевание рассматривалось как «возрастная патология» и исход длительно текущего патологического процесса. Однако сейчас многие эксперты склоняются к необходимости выделения ранней, дорентгенологической стадии ОА, когда адекватная терапия может не только остановить прогрессирование, но и добиться обратного развития структурных изменений сустава. В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены ряд патогенетических и клинических аспектов ранней стадии ОА, важных для своевременной диагностики и выбора патогенетической терапии. Рассмотрены некоторые терапевтические подходы, как «классические», так и активно обсуждаемые в последнее время методики применения обогащенной тромбоцитами плазмы и аутологичной трансплантации хондроцитов.
