Медицинская реабилитация в комплексном лечении ревматических заболеваний: обзор литературных данных.

Аннотация

Медицинская реабилитация представляет комплекс немедикаментозных методов, направленных на уменьшение боли и функциональных нарушений, восстановление трудоспособности, социальной активности и психической устойчивости больных. Это необходимая часть лечения пациентов с ревматическими заболеваниями, во многих случаях – например, при остеоартрите, хронической неспецифической боли в спине и спондилоартритах, столь же важная, как и фармакотерапия. К сожалению, многие российские врачи недооценивают возможности немедикаментозных подходов, ссылаясь на то, что эффективность методов медицинской реабилитации и физиотерапии не оценивалась в ходе клинических исследований, а их терапевтическая значимость не проходила серьезной проверки с позиции «доказательной медицины». Это не совсем так. Настоящий обзор представляет данные большого числа клинических исследований и соответствующих мета-анализов, посвященных изучению эффективности наиболее часто применяемых методов медицинской реабилитации: криотерапии, лазерной терапии, магнитотерапии, ультразвуковой терапии, чрезкожной электронейромиостимуляции, акупунктуры, мануальной терапии и массажа, лечебной физкультуры.
