Аннотация

Вирус гепатита В (HBV) часто встречается и ассоциируется с иммуновоспалительными ревматическими заболеваниями (ИВРЗ), что обусловливает необходимость модификации как противовирусной, так и антиревматической терапии. В обзоре представлены основные сведения о структуре HBV, течении хронической HBV-инфекции, профилактике реактивации HBV у больных ИВРЗ, которые получают иммуносупрессивную терапию.
